有没有 FTP 大神， ftp 是不是有屏蔽机制啊？

登录我们单位自建的 ftp 时（应该是阿里云），提示连接已经建立（ connection established ），然后连接又被关闭了（ closed by serfer ），是不是 ftp 服务那边的问题？跟我这边没啥关系吧？
管理员在国内，说他可以登录，我在国外用的星链。

肯定有啊，不然谁都能来试密码？
你先问问是否需要特定客户端，是否需要 ftp-ssl ，以及账密的加密方式

有的 ftp 会限制同一 ip 的连接数，限制密码尝试次数

估计是防火墙相关的问题

最好是有一层 tls 的  ftps 、sftp 或者 WebDAV ，推荐 WebDAV

看服务器端的日志啊。

好像有些阿里云的国内服务器会墙掉国外 IP

FileZilla 的[主动，被动]模式切换试试
